How the order ships
Trucks travel roll-on/roll-off from Qingdao or Shanghai; smaller machines and upper-body kits can go in a 40-foot flat rack where RoRo service is thin. We prepare the certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list for your customs broker.

How long does an order take to ship?
Lead time depends on the chassis and configuration you order. We confirm a build and shipping window in the same reply as your quote, so it's specific to what you're buying rather than a blanket figure — a stock road sweeper and a custom-spec vacuum tanker don't run on the same clock.
How do I pay?
Orders run on telegraphic transfer against a pro forma invoice. The deposit and balance split is confirmed on your order confirmation once the configuration is locked in.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum — we build a single unit as readily as a full container load. Per-unit pricing improves with volume, and we'll quote both ways if you're weighing up order size.
Can I buy just the body or upper kit, without the chassis?
For some products, yes — buyers who already have a chassis, particularly in Indonesia and the Russian-speaking region, order the body or kit alone. Tell us which chassis you're mounting it on and we'll confirm fit and price.
