The drum on our representative 10 m³ build is driven by a hydraulic pump and motor through a dedicated reducer, holding continuous rotation at a fixed mounting angle so the mix does not separate. Feed rate runs 3 m³ per minute and above, discharge close to 2 m³ per minute, with residual under 0.5% — the drum empties close to fully rather than building up set concrete inside it. Discharging range swings a full 180°.
Drum size follows delivery volume: an 8 m³ mixer suits smaller urban pours; a 12–14 m³ drum on a heavier chassis covers a full plant load in one trip on longer hauls. Every unit ships as an export order, drum's pump, motor and reducer brand set before it leaves the yard. A mixer ordered alongside a concrete pump truck covers both delivery and placement.

The drum geometry, mounting angle and reducer are matched so the load discharges close to fully on each cycle, with a residual ratio of 0.5% or better on our representative build. A drum that leaves concrete inside loses usable capacity on every load after the first.
Which chassis brands can the drum be mounted on?
Dongfeng, HOWO and Sinotruk are all in regular production for this body. The choice usually comes down to which brand has a parts counter near your depot, since matching the drum to a chassis your fleet already runs keeps servicing simple.
Can the mixer be ordered together with a pump truck?
Yes. If you already have a concrete pump truck order with us, a mixer truck can be added to the same production run and shipment, which is usually simpler than sourcing the two separately.
