Body steel matched to what you are hauling
NM450 high-strength steel on the 18 m³ build holds up against sharp rock and aggregate. Lighter-duty builds use a thinner box so you are not paying for wear-grade steel a light haul never needs.
Construction & Bulk Haulage Vehicle
Rear dump trucks welded from NM450 high-strength steel, sized to the tonnage and ground your haul actually runs on.
A rigid tipper truck that hauls loose material to site and lifts its own body to unload, sized to the tonnage and haul road your job runs.
The tipping box on our representative 18 m³ build is welded from NM450 high-strength steel, 3 mm on the side walls and 4 mm on the floor, in a U-shaped body that sheds sticky material instead of holding it. A front-mounted hydraulic cylinder lifts the box and tips the load out the rear. Smaller 15 t builds on a 4×2 or 4×4 Dongfeng chassis suit tighter sites; once a haul runs 20 t and up, the job moves to a 6×4 chassis with a heavier cylinder.
Drive configuration follows the ground: 4×4 spreads weight for soft or unformed sites, 6×4 suits formed haul roads at 20–25 t GVW and up. Every unit ships as an export order — left- or right-hand drive, the emission standard your market requires, cylinder and pressure matched to your duty cycle. A dump truck ordered alongside a tractor truck and low-bed trailer is a common pairing.
Every tipping box runs a full lift-and-lower cycle under load before it leaves the line, cylinder and locking pins checked against rated pressure rather than an empty box.

4×4 for soft or unformed haul roads, 6×4 once the route is formed and tonnage passes 20 t — matched to your terrain rather than a default order-form spec.
Dongfeng, HOWO or Shacman chassis carry parts counters in most markets we ship to, so a dump truck stays on the haul road instead of waiting on spares.
Left- or right-hand drive, your market's emission standard, and cylinder brand and pressure matched to duty cycle set before the unit leaves the yard.
Dump trucks and tipper trucks are built from around 15 t payload on a 4x4 chassis up to 18 m³ body / 25 t-plus GVW on a 6x4 chassis. Tell us the material and tonnage and we will recommend the tier rather than let you guess.
4x4 spreads weight across all four wheels and suits soft, unformed or off-road haul ground. 6x4 is what most quarry and road-building contracts specify once the route runs on formed ground and the tonnage moves past about 20 t. Tell us the terrain and the load and we will size the drive configuration to it.
Our heavier builds use NM450 high-strength wear-resistant steel, 3 mm on the side walls and 4 mm on the floor, which holds up against sharp aggregate and rock. Lighter-duty builds can use a thinner mild-steel body where the abrasion resistance is not needed, at a lower cost.
Yes. If you are already ordering a tractor truck, concrete mixer truck or another vehicle from us, a dump truck can go on the same production slot and shipment, which is usually simpler than sourcing it separately.
Send the tonnage you need to move, the drive configuration your terrain calls for, and your destination port. We come back with a configuration sheet and an FOB or CIF price, usually within 72 hours.
